the process is generally as follows:1. i receive your commission request and accept it2. i sketch out a rough (VERY ROUGH) draft and ask for your approval; once it's been approved, i will receive your payment!3. i will proceed to start the final product & keep you updated until it's finished! during this step we can discuss adjustments to the drawing.4. i send you the final draft via twitter dm for approval5. i email you the final version (in png form) and you can request for it to have background or not! (transparent vs white bg, etc.)
it should take around 1-2 weeks (or less) to finish a commission. i will be sure to let you know if it will take any longer than that.

for portraits and couple shots, there is also the option to add a background, which costs an extra $10 for every hour spent drawing said bg. if it takes under an hour then it'll be an extra $5.this doesn't count the amount of time spent drawing the character(s). i will be sure to record my background drawing process too, so you know exactly how long it took to complete it.
